- Executives, directors, and promoters named in the filing, plus a company domain kept only when the homepage names the company.
- Filter by date, state, industry, and round size. Only new rounds on a schedule.
- Pay per event: Funding round row at $0.01.
Input

date_tostringoptionalEnd of a custom filing window. Default today.
statesarrayoptionalTwo character state codes of the company's principal place of business, such as CA, NY, or TX. Empty means every state.
industry_groupsarrayoptionalKeep only these Form D industry groups. Empty means all. One of: Agriculture, Airlines and Airports, Lodging and Conventions, Tourism and Travel Services, Other Travel, Biotechnology, Health Insurance, Hospitals and Physicians, Pharmaceuticals, Other Health Care, Business Services, Coal Mining, Electric Utilities, Energy Conservation, Environmental Services, Oil and Gas, Other Energy, Commercial Banking, Insurance, Investing, Investment Banking, Pooled Investment Fund, Other Banking and Financial Services, Commercial, Construction, REITS and Finance, Residential, Other Real Estate, Manufacturing, Restaurants, Retailing, Computers, Telecommunications, Other Technology, Other.

exclude_spvsstringoptionalDrop special purpose vehicles and funds: filings that claim an investment company exemption (3(c)), sell pooled fund interests, or carry SPV, Fund, Feeder, or a Series of in the name.
min_amount_usdstringoptionalKeep a round only when the larger of the amount offered and the amount sold is at least this much. 0 keeps every size.
name_keywordsarrayoptionalKeep only companies whose filed name contains one of these words, such as AI, Bio, or Health.
include_amendmentsstringoptionalAlso return amended notices. Off by default, because an amendment updates an earlier round rather than reporting a new one.
resolve_domainsstringoptionalFind each company's domain from its name and keep it only when the company's own homepage names the company. No extra charge.
include_pressstringoptionalLook up funding headlines for the 50 largest rounds in the run with the Mamba Labs News and Media Mention Monitor and add the round label and article. That actor charges its own article events (up to 100 articles a run) to your account; this actor charges nothing extra. Off by default.
max_roundsstringoptionalRound rows per run, newest filing first, up to 2000.
only_newstringoptionalSkip rounds an earlier run with the same state key returned. Skipped rounds are free.
state_keystringoptionalNames the list of rounds already returned. Use one key per schedule.
max_charge_usdstringoptionalOptional. Stop before a row would take this run past this amount.

Limits
- US only. Form D covers private offerings under Regulation D. A round raised outside Regulation D, or by a company outside the US with no US offering, is not here.
- A Form D names no round (Seed, Series A) and no investors, only the number of investors. The round label comes only from a matching press headline with include_press on, and is labeled as press, never as a filing fact.
- Timing follows the filing: within 15 days of the first sale, so a round can show up before or after its announcement. Some companies file late or not at all.
- Domains: in a 50 company test on 2026-10-28, a domain was proved for 15 of 50 filers in all industries, and for more of the technology and health care companies. New companies often have no website yet. Treat an empty domain as unknown, not as no website.
- The issuer_phone and addresses are business contact details the company published in a public SEC filing. You are responsible for how you use them, including any marketing and privacy rules where you sell.
- The SEC full text search returns at most 10,000 filings per window; a 92 day window can pass that, so split long windows.
