These terms govern your use of mambabuilt.com and any digital products ("Skills") purchased through it. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Seller

Mamba Mindset Growth B.V., registered at the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK). Address: Keurenplein 4, UNIT D3432, 1069 CD Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase agreement for payment purposes is with Paddle. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, and payment disputes.

Products

Skills are digital instruction files delivered as a downloadable file package. Once purchased, a download link is provided. Skills are provided "as is" and are intended for use with compatible AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code). We do not guarantee compatibility with all environments or tools.

License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the skill file for your own business purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share purchased skill files. Free skills may be used and shared freely.

Intellectual property

All skill content, documentation, and associated materials are the intellectual property of Mamba Mindset Growth B.V. Purchase grants a usage license, not ownership of the underlying content.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mamba Mindset Growth B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in Amsterdam.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
