USE CASE:
Personal finance creators and the hard part of sponsorship scouting
Here is how sponsorship scouting for personal finance creators actually gets done, what it costs each way, and where each way stops working. We are Mamba Labs, we build Apify actors, and Creator Finder is the one that does this for personal finance creators.

Where this starts
Sponsorship scouting for personal finance creators the shortcuts stop working, for one specific reason. Any sponsorship scouting method has to survive this: personal finance creators work under disclosure rules on financial promotion that most other niches never meet. One thing sponsorship scouting on personal finance creators rarely accounts for: a sponsored post about money can breach advertising rules for the brand, not just the creator. Creator Finder carries 1 ready made setup for sponsorship scouting on personal finance creators.
Traditional Search Tools
- The FTC and ASA disclosure guidance, for personal finance creators. Free, and reading it first saves a pulled campaign.
- Modash. A large searchable creator database across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube with audience filters. Strong discovery, sold on a monthly subscription that suits a team running campaigns every month.
- TikTok One and the other platform marketplaces. Official, free to browse, and limited to creators who opted in. The ones who did not sign up are invisible there.
- An influencer agency. They bring a roster and the relationships, and charge a retainer or a share of the fee. Worth it for a launch, expensive as a standing way to find people.
- Search the platforms yourself. Type the niche into TikTok, Instagram and YouTube search, open every profile that looks right, and copy the handle and follower count into a sheet. About three minutes a creator, and the results depend on what each app decides to show you.
