What is actually going wrong
A new company needs a bank, an accountant and insurance. It also needs a website and software, and it needs them now. Accountants, banks and agencies all sell to this moment. The official registers publish every incorporation, and each country runs its own with its own codes. Most lists of new companies arrive weeks late and miss the website.
Traditional Search Tools
- Bulk register data. Some registers offer free bulk files. They are complete and need a data pipeline to turn into a usable daily list.
- Lead list vendors. Several sell new incorporations by region. Convenient, usually a few days old, and resold to every competitor who also bought it.
- Search the register. Use the national register's advanced search for a date range and industry code. Free and authoritative. Exports are limited and differ by country.
