Contact sourcing for Pinterest creators, start to finish

The situation

Pinterest creators distort contact sourcing, for a reason specific to them. Any contact sourcing method has to survive this: Pinterest creators drive traffic to a site more than they collect an audience on the platform itself. On Pinterest creators, contact sourcing rarely catches this: monthly viewers and followers are different numbers, and profiles show the larger one. We keep 1 preconfigured task for contact sourcing on Pinterest creators, across 1 tool.

Traditional Search Tools

• Pinterest Trends, for Pinterest creators. Free, official, and it shows what the audience is planning rather than who has it.
• Modash. Discovery and contact data in one subscription for the large platforms. Strong on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, and the export is the end of its job.
• Upfluence. Discovery, outreach and campaign management in one platform with an ecommerce slant. Priced for a brand running a standing program rather than one list.
• A virtual assistant. Cheap per hour and good at the clicking. Quality varies, and the list is as good as the brief and the spot checks.
• Assemble it in a spreadsheet. Find the creators, copy each profile's numbers, follow every bio to a contact, and paste it all into one sheet. Ten minutes or more per creator once contact hunting is included.

Doing it end to end

1. Start with one of Pinterest creators you already know, so a wrong contact sourcing answer is obvious rather than plausible.
2. Run Influencer Lead List Builder across your list of Pinterest creators, which carries 1 ready made setup for contact sourcing.
3. Read ten rows of contact sourcing on Pinterest creators by hand before you trust the rest of the list.
