Threads has become a real conversation space for some audiences, and brand mentions there go unseen by most listening tools. The app's search is built for scrolling, not for collecting. Anyone tracking a brand, a competitor or a topic needs the posts, the authors and the engagement in one table, with only new posts each time.
Traditional Search Tools
- Social listening suites. Some have added Threads coverage, often partial. They are priced for brand teams.
- Meta's own tools. Useful for your own account's posts and replies. They do not search everyone's posts by keyword.
- Search in the app. Search the keyword, scroll and screenshot. It works for a quick look. Nothing is saved and repeat checks start from scratch.
