USE CASE:

Keeping a creator roster current without rechecking it by hand

This page is about keeping a creator roster current without rechecking it by hand: what your options are for roster monitoring, what each costs, and the one we would use. We are Mamba Labs, we build Apify actors, and Creator Change Monitor is ours for roster monitoring.

The problem

A roster of creators is out of date the week after you build it. Audiences grow and collapse, a creator signs with a manager and your direct contact goes cold, a new newsletter appears, a bio link moves to a competitor's offer. Agencies and brands find out when a pitch bounces or a post underperforms, which is the most expensive way to learn it.

Traditional Search Tools

  • Social Blade. Free daily history of follower counts for public accounts. It tracks numbers and nothing about links, managers or newsletters.
  • Influencer CRMs such as GRIN or Upfluence. They track the creators you already work with, inside their own workflow. Priced for brands running a program, and they watch what their own data model holds.
  • A shared spreadsheet. Free and familiar, and only as current as the last person who opened every profile.
  • Recheck the list on a calendar. Open every profile on the roster once a month and compare it with last month's sheet. It works for thirty creators. At three hundred it is a part time job and the changes still get missed.

Mamba Labs Apify Actors

These are the actors we built for this job. If yours is not covered here, search from the bar at the top of the page or contact us here and tell us what you need.

Preconfigured tasks

A task is one of these actors with the inputs already filled in for a specific version of this job. Open one, swap in your own list, and run it without setting anything up from scratch.
