Traditional Search Tools
- The manager's own roster page, for creators signing with a manager. Public, and agencies add new signings there first.
- Social Blade. Free daily history of follower counts for public accounts. It tracks numbers and nothing about links, managers or newsletters.
- Influencer CRMs such as GRIN or Upfluence. They track the creators you already work with, inside their own workflow. Priced for brands running a program, and they watch what their own data model holds.
- A shared spreadsheet. Free and familiar, and only as current as the last person who opened every profile.
- Recheck the list on a calendar. Open every profile on the roster once a month and compare it with last month's sheet. It works for thirty creators. At three hundred it is a part time job and the changes still get missed.
