Where this starts
A bounce rate over a few percent hurts the domain you send from, and the damage lasts longer than the campaign. Verification fixes most of it. The trouble is using it inside a workflow: you may already pay one verifier, the catch all addresses need a decision, and every tool returns its own labels.
Traditional Search Tools
- ZeroBounce, NeverBounce or MillionVerifier directly. Each verifies well through its own interface. You still move files in and out by hand.
- Sequencer built in verification. Some sequencers verify on import. Their verifier may not match the one you trust, and you pay twice.
- Upload to a verifier. Export the list, upload it to your verification service, download the results and merge them back. It works. The merge is where rows get lost.
