Look up any licensed real estate agent in 19 US states on official license registers: brokerage of record, its agent count and size band, and license status. Roster by firm or zip. No emails or phones. Each run sends its Apify run token to MMG's lookup service to verify the run, never stored.

Input

modestringoptional

Mode. lookup: find one agent or a list of agents. roster_firm: every active agent at one brokerage. roster_zip: brokerage offices in a zip code (NY, MO, OR, and VT), with their agents when asked.

statestringoptional

State. Two letter licensing state, for example TX. Used with license_number, agent_name, or the brokerage fields.

license_numberstringoptional

License number. Lookup mode. The agent's license number as the state register prints it. An exact match is the most reliable lookup.

agent_namestringoptional

Agent name. Lookup mode, when you have no license number. First and last name, for example Jane Doe. Add brokerage_name or city to narrow a common name.

brokerage_namestringoptional

Brokerage name. Lookup mode: narrows a name match. Firm roster mode: the brokerage to list, by its exact registered name.

City or county. Lookup mode: narrows a name match by the brokerage office city or the license county.
