Where to get them
The honest answer
Every agency already has the processes in Notion and half of them are wrong, because nothing tells you a page went stale and nobody is asked to confirm they read it. Trainual fixes exactly that and nothing else, and whether it is worth a second subscription depends on how often you onboard. Hiring regularly, or handing work to contractors: yes, and it pays for itself on the first hire who does not need shadowing. A stable team of four: no, and the money is better spent on actually writing the processes down, which is the work neither tool does for you.
