What is best for you

For most B2B data work, the target is a company website that is not defending itself, and a proxy is a small part of the cost. ThorData is fine for that and the per gigabyte rate is lower. Oxylabs earns its price when the targets fight back, when you need parsed results from a scraper API rather than raw pages, and when somebody wants a contract and an account manager. If you do not want to run a scraper at all, an actor that returns finished rows is the cheaper answer than either network plus your own code.
