ZeroBounce is a deliverability suite with a verifier in it. BounceBan is a verifier that solves the case the suites do not. Buy the suite if you want the extra tools, and the specialist if you do not.

- ZeroBounce wins on what it actually does, where the data comes from. A verifier that also sells the deliverability tooling around it.
- Email Waterfall Orchestrator wins on how it fits a workflow. Runs several finders in order on your own keys, and stops at the first verified answer.
- Nobody wins on what it takes to set up, where it stops. BounceBan and ZeroBounce give the same answer on those, and we are not going to invent a difference.

What we would actually do
ZeroBounce is a reasonable single vendor for a marketing team that also wants placement tests and blacklist monitoring in one bill. The extra fields it returns are genuinely useful for segmentation. If all you need is a verdict on a B2B list, you are paying for a suite to use a tenth of it. The catch all answers still come back as unknown. Check the split on your own file first. If catch all is under about a tenth of it, the suite is fine. If it is a third, the specialist pays for itself immediately.
